Help! Header Tags

I am installing the Header Tags v2.5.9 contribution on my site. As I am folling the instructions, I get codint errors on my pages, when I pull out the edit, I still get the same errors. So, they were not caused by the contribution. But the pages were somehow working before. Also I'm not sending e-mail. This problem has gone way overy my head. I am now looking for some sopport options. I have attached one of the errors and the code, sorry it is so long.
