Getting the warning text at the top of the page:

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file:

 

Even thought the permissions are only set to read. I am using a wondows server.

 

Any suggestions?

go to ur file or ftp browser and change permission of ur includes/configure.php to 444

I would recommend same for admin/includes/configure.php

Cant do that as its a windows server. Says 'Command not Understood' I have already both of the files set to read only and I am still getting the warning!

Its just set to 'Read Only' . There are no numbers. You can only see the numbers on a unix box.

What do you mean? Can you check it in the admin area? If so where to I go, there are a lot of settings. Thanks!

go to ur site

watever.com/admin

go to configuration menu>tools>File Manager

n it will list you all files:)

Thanks for that! The file is set to -rw-rw-rw. I guess thats the problem . LOL
