How to add multiple items to catalog...

Alright,

 

Finally switched to Linux server, which I don't know jack about, but wow what a flawless install! I did it manually wihtin 2 minutes.

 

Now, I am beginning to configure, learn the website, play with it before I change the layout, template, etc.

 

I want to know,how can I add multiple items to the website catalog (thourgh admin) at the same time?

 

For instance, my website is a car parts website. I want to add the same part to all categories/cars, etc some with different prices.

 

Is there a way for me to create an excel file or something?

 

Please help much appreciated for everyone's help around here.
