Chaning E-Mail Look and Layout

I have tried to find another post about this but can't, so forgive me if one exists!

 

I wish to change the Welcome E-Mail, Tell a Friend E-Mail and Order Confirmation E-Mail, but don't know where the files are to edit.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks! :D
