easy populate or something else

Hi All

 

Can someone please help me. Cannot get easy populate running,

 

I have pulled everything down re-installed easy 2.72 ( the whole catalog , emptied the tables in the sql)

 

Everything is running fine but I cannot seem to download the EP file sample,.

 

I have left all the original data in place , I have tried the 3.00 , 2.90, 2.78

the same problem for all,

 

I have adjusted the document_root to $doucument_root although my config file had an absolute path,

 

is the anything I need to do in the easypopulate.php file? because I cannot see anything,

 

I would love to get this going :)

 

in the admin should I allow downloads? is that related?

does anyway know which version is working the best , there seem to be a couple and the configure a little differently ?

 

Can I be the only person with this problem?

ps I forget to say the problem is that is NOT downloading the csv file,

Ihave nothing to working with and does seem to be uploading a sample file I have ?

Not sure but you might try checking the Contribution support section since this would relate to a contribution.
