After search for those color codes to change text, background, and what not, I have found the perfect place!

 

Go to the site below and just move the mouse around and it will tell you the code for that color.

there's also a free colour picker available as a small download, abouut 500k ... its stand-alone

 

ColourPix and gives values as hex, rgb and cmyk
