I'm selling an training session and need different fields

Hi All,

 

I'm really hoping you can help me here. I'm new to all this but am hoping that OSCommerce will be able to help me with my requirement.

 

I have been asked by a company to create a web application to sell training courses for Marine Medics. There are 5 courses available and 30 places on each course.

 

The problem comes when I collect the purchasers information. I need to collect a lot more information, like height, previous experience and various other specific stuff.

 

Is there a way to collect this information using an OSCommerce shop?
