I can't find it :o( ... text in an email

Using WinGrep, I just can't locate the text in the emails titled "Your order has been updated" as I wish to edit them. Can anyone point the way please?

Some of it's there, but I still can not locate this bit "With warm regards from your friends at"

it's not a standard greeting so I don't know where it came from.. maybe a contribution

Found it, I'd loaded the contrib direct on to the server and not yet backed-up the server doh....
