password problems / access denied.

Hi All

 

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.

 

I have a two ecomerce websites using oscomerce software which was done by a freelanece developer and over the past three years he has been very good.

 

Now he seems to have given it up and moved on without telling me all the passwords. i have the passwords for the login where you put your email adress and password , but for the admin/php areas it says access denied please contact web administator.

 

this i cant do as he is no longer ansering emails etc etc

 

any ideas how to get round this?
