Guest Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 I am getting the following error when I try to update my catalog using the temp file: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4368707 bytes) in /home/drhfine/public_html/admin/easypopulate.php on line 709 I have been using the contrib for about a year with no problems. A couple of weeks ago I tried to install the "Display MSRP & Savings" contrib but it didn't work right for me. I went back and deleted all the code changes. All was working fine after that except for when I would try to edit any one product, the price would always revert to $0.00. So I would then use the "price updater" contrib to change the price to what it should be. Luckily, I don't change that much data on individual products after I have uploaded my inventory data feed through Easy Populate. I haven't tried the EasyPopulate since installing the "Display MSRP & Savings" contrib, but perhaps that contrib also messed up my EP file. But my temp file to upload into EP has progressively gotten much larger, so perhaps it is some problem with memory size. If anyone knows what the problem might be, please let me know! This will ABSOLUTELY kill my business, as I rely heavily upon updating my inventory from the suppliers. Quote
Guest Posted October 30, 2006 Posted October 30, 2006 Okay, my techie guy fixed the problem. Apparently the feed was just too big for EP to handle. Quote
