Thanks Are you using a satellite modem? It is probably generating it but just not telling you to download it since your ISP connection timed out. HI kenneth No normal, adsl. if it did downlaod and I did it again it may say that file exists and have to overwrite it, at this stage there is no file and using create file does not put anyhting in the temp anyway, thanks for your help; russell Rusty -------------------------------------------
