Adding Options on Shopping Cart

First off, if the answer to my question has already been answered, please provide a link to that thread and I'll read it over.

 

Anyway, my site is www.terrajava.com. I'm trying to set up the shopping cart and can't seem to get the whole option thing down.

 

I've typed in grind option a, b, c, d, etc...., but when I try to work the cart, it just says "Select Grind" instead of showing the options.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know that I'll have to be here often if I'm going to make this cart funtional and good looking.
