Changing an order or creating one manually?

I've had some people who wanted to change their order. Is it possible to edit an order manually?

 

I've had some problems with PayPal. People have placed orders then were sent automatically to the PayPal website where they have made a payment but for some reason OsCommerse did not get the payment authorization (I did receive an email fro PayPal) so I didn't get an order approval (there isn't an order in the system although they have paid). How can I manually fix it?

I DL and installed it howhever, it requires me to run a command on MySQL DB and I don't have access to it.

 

I get an error that shipping_tax is not a known field.

I get:

 

1054 - Unknown column 'shipping_tax' in 'field list'

I understand that it is trying to add the shipping tax but that field does not exist on the server. I could do fine without the shipping tax but I don't know where to remove it so it won't try to update the DB.

I got it to work. Found the way they let you run commands on the SQL server.
