Product JPG

When trying to edit my existing my existing JPG product picture, I cannot make the new picture replace the one that is already there. They are the same size and format exactly. I have tried both JPG and GIF formats and neither will work. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help!!

you'll probably need to either delete it from the server and replace via FTP or alteratively give it a different name and update through the admin panel.
