This is the best option I have found.

 

Get Phplist (http://www.phplist.com) I believe. Install it.

 

Get the email exporter from the contrib section.

 

Each time you want to export emails, fire it then use the phplist import option.

 

You can't go wrong and send emails to people who don't want it using this option.

 

P.S. I sending tons using phplist remember to set Throttling or else you may crash your server.
