Changing Customer's Sold To Address

This is very weird. A customer has moved and even though I edited his address to reflect the change, when I print out his invoice, it still shows his old address for the sold to address and the correct one for the shipping. I've been able to do this before without any problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jennifer

is it possible that he accesses your site from a saved favotites link with the session ID attached to it? Customer address is stored in session and will be reactivated, database at that point not checked.

Thanks, but I'm a bit confused. I'm the one trying to correct the address, not the customer. So it shouldn't matter if he has my site in as a favorite, would it? The problem would be on my end, I would think. Thanks, Monika. Jennifer

open phpmyadmin, the sessions table. Export the table. Open and search fro your clients name, and let me know the whole entry row result ... what address does it hold?
