When you hit continue to go directly to checkout it goes to the create acount page and when filled in creates an account. What did I miss?

I disabled it in the admin page under customers and that worked. So, no PWA until I find a solution.

No idea what you missed .... but you obviously didn't edit one of the catalog-side-files correctly. There are several. I know there are like 23 files you need to edit on the catalog side, so although this probably isn't the answer you wanted to hear, I would make sure you edited all 23 files correctly, and uploaded 'em. Make sure you ran the SQL query it calls for, also. As for which file you didn't edit, I have no idea. This is where Winmerge or Beyond Compare really comes into play. If you don't already have one of 'em, get one of 'em to help with the merging.

Thanks, it was the create_account.php file.

I did not have a program like winmerge, so when the instructions say compare that's what I did (text editor)

very tedious. Now I should be able to add contribs much faster.

Any other suggestions for programs I should use?

PHP editor?

CSS editor?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I use PHP Designer 2007 which is a free PHP editor. I know a lot of people use Crimson Editor for text files, html files, and php files.

For merging, I use Winmerge 2.6.0 for merging files. When you compare the two files, the differences show up in different colors, making it easier.

But everyone has their own preferences. JasonABC uses the above merger, others use Beyond Compare. I use Winmerge. Either of these will be much better than your text editor.
