osCommerce Custom Design: need info or designer!

I'm looking for someone who would be able to "customize" my osCommerce site. Recently i've found this site http://www.discreetentertainment.com/

 

I think this customization is awesome. I'm looking for someone what can do a quality job like that.

I should probably also say that i've finished my site (editing and adding necessary contributions) on the "basic" osCommerce design. I was hoping to just add a new "skin" to my site.

 

I'm hoping that i won't have to re-do all this if i'm looking for a sweet customization.
