HELP! Payment methods not being displayed

Hello all!

 

When I proceed to checkout, choose a delivery option, and proceed to payment. There is no option to select how a customer wishes to pay! I have paypal and cheque/postal order modules installed, but they are not coming up in the shopping cart!

 

 

 

 

It was working fine the other day :(

 

 

Any ideas?

Sounds like a browser problem to me. Clear you browser cache. Close down internet explorer and try again. I just had you same problem a few moment ago and it solved it for me..

Thanks for replying, I've tried what you have just said but still get the same problem. It's the same when I use another computer.

Have you been playing around with the payment options in admin at all?

I had the same problem and i think what fixed it for me was if you leave/change the "Payment Zone" in admin > modules > payment > paypal to "--none--".

Ah ha! Done and sorted, thank you very much!

 

Now I just need to work out how to change the colour theme :)
