Hi How do I install any module?

Help. Can someone help me with installing module or features. I am having hard time following the instruction that was given. It's not very clear. It doen't specify where and how to make change. Thank you in advance.

You need to be more specific. I am assuming you are referring to a contribution. If so, which one and what step are you having problems with?
