Help Please, Administration Tool and Catalog page Blank

Alright,

 

Recently installed OsCommerce,finally on my new website.

 

Install went fine it seems

 

I am using Windows.

 

After isntall the admin tools and catalog buttons apper.

 

Both take me to a page that gives the error:

 

"Unable to connect to database server!"

 

Really frustrating, did hours of searching.

 

The DB settings are the same in both install/configure.php files,it seems, but I may be missing something.

 

Help is appreciated, I really need this setup asap!

It looks like maybe you didnt upload all the files you needed to. Check and verify that your directory structure on your ftp is the same as the OSC distrib on your local machine and tha all files are there. Also make sure you made the appropriate chmod changes.
