Minimum purchase quantity

Does anyone know of a good minimum purchase - per product - quantity script?

 

I need to make it where customers are forced to order the base minimum qnty for certain items.

 

Example: if a customer wants custom ink pens (with their logo on it), the absolute minimum qnty that they have to order needs to be 100.

 

 

I already checked the contributions but I couldn't find anything... so I'm hoping someone knows how to search better than I do.

Ok, I found what I think I need here... but before I install it, should I be worried about the error? It doesn't seem like its been fixed, but I might be wrong.
