Payment/Shipping/Order Total Modules not working

when go to them it just gives me these:

 

Module Directory: DIR_FS_CATALOG_MODULESpayment/

Module Directory: DIR_FS_CATALOG_MODULESshipping/

Module Directory: DIR_FS_CATALOG_MODULESorder_total/

 

and then has an install button next to them, i click the install button and nothing happens.

 

any suggestions?

The module files are not installed correctly. There are two sets of files at these addresses:

 

includes/modules/

includes/languages/english/modules/
