Top 10 osCommerce Stores?

Hi,

 

I am trying to build a solid case on osCommerce. What are the 10 os Commerce online stores estimated to be selling the most online?

 

Or if not known, does anybody knows well known brands / companies using osCommerce?

If possible, please include URLs.

 

I looked at the live sites in oscommerce.com and the forums and did not find any well known brands or companies. I only know for Google other than in the US.

Hmmm, well known companies, when i search on the web for eg clothing, clothes and shoes i dont see the top well known companies listed, what i do see is unique well made web sites that are made from tools like oscommerce, the big companies spend hundreds and thousands of pounds for people to design and run their sites for them but this does not always get them near the top of any search engine.

 

Dont get me wrong the so called big boys dont need to be listed high as most people already know the web address for them.

 

So this opens the door for small companies like myself and others here to get listed very high and make a good living.

 

It took 50% hard work to make a profitable web site and the other 50% goes to osC software, contributitions and the great help members here give each other to make it all work.

 

So its up to you if you have hundreds of thousand of pounds to spend and have a well know name then good for you, but if not use this great free software and maybe one you could challenge them so called big brands and boys.
