Local Install With Xampp.... How to test email?

I have a local setup of OSC using Xampp on my PC. I would like to test the email functions of OSC on this site before uploading to a live site. Such as email for create account.

 

Is there an addon for Xampp that will do this or something I can use to test the email? Preferably something simple to setup. :-"
