Why doesn't my version have these features?

I just inherited an osCommerce store. Looking at the Server Info, I see that it is running osCommerce 2.2-MS2.

 

It looks like this is the latest version.

 

When I view the online documentation, I see that there are other features, such as "Services" under "Configuration" that my version doesn't have:

Am I on the latest version or not? If not, the upgrade instructions only show how to upgrade from MS1 to MS2. How do I move from 2.2-MS2 to whatever version is documented in the documentation?

The online documentation is being updated for the newest release that is still in alpha testing.

Yes, it was switched over to show MS3 about 15 months or so ago :D

The how is it possible to remove things like Reviews? so that it doesnt show the reviews option at all?
