Adding Video files to Product Description

Hi,

I have a store which sells instructional videos and products, what i am hoping to do is add an excerpt of the instructional videos, approx 3 mins, so buyers can see what it is like before purchasing.

 

I would like to add this as a MOV or WMV file so buyers can click on the play button and view the file.

 

How do i add this, i have looked through the contributions and havent found anything.
