Guest Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 Hi All I'm very new to oscommerce but still managed to set-up a basic site structure using STS template system which works really well. After creating all the categories and adding a few test products I seem to be having problems with the category links. When you try and click on a link nothing happens. Each product category does seem to be assigned a URL but I'm not sure if they are correct. I have currently set up only three products in the 'Stockings' category for testing. Please visit my very unfinished website here to see the problem My Website I am very grateful for any help or suggestions.

Hi there, Firstly the link should be http://www.eroticachic.co.uk/catalog/ I had a quick look but the categories seem to simply bring up the high level categories page and not the products in that category. I would suggest as a starter (and I am only a novice), adding another product to a different category or deleting and re-adding the category. Sorry I cannot help further but perhaps someone else can make some further suggestions? Good luck. Paul. You will never learn if you don't try. And boy am I trying....!
Guest Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Thanks for the quick reply Paul I have managed to fix the problem. All I did was to make the Search engine safe URL setting 'true' That fixed the category links. Now I'm onto the next challenge...uploading products via csv files!
