I can't do all the work myself, and it's a client who needs TONS of help, hand-holding, and communication :rolleyes: . I can handle that, but not everything else at the same time. I am designing and setting up a storefront for her - I will be handling all the client contact and need a sub-contractor to work with me over the early next week/through the week to get her store online. Here are the details - ME: I am all knowing, and, thus, I need someone that respects the fact that I know everything. I am a "fairly" good designer. I will provide you a PSD, or, if you'd like - I will provide you already sliced and coded HTML. In fact, I'm trying to do the theme as well, I just may need some back up to help tweak and get store ready for launch. Accuracy is important to me. So, little things like borders, alignment, font type, size, etc are important. Your CSS should be clean and complete. I need these items to be important to you. If you have suggestions, let me know - but, if it comes to push and shove, please refer to #1, above. I don't have TONS of money, but I understand such work takes time. I am willing to pay for your time - half up front, half on completion (or all on completion - whatever you prefer). I stick to my word. I'm honest. I do know the going rate for such work - so don't try to fleece me. Again, refer to #1. I have a good sense of humor, you should too. YOU: Honest and dependable. You could be a superhero! Are free of an ego or drama. You are fair, well balanced, and sane. Are able to accurately go from PSD/HTML to an OSC skin/theme. Nearly effortlessly, you know full well you are the best at what you do. Are avaiable next week (10/30) to implement the client's approved design. Communicate effectively and use complete sentences - only using l33t speak when necessary or when being witty. You enjoy IM and email communication as if it were non-addictive, non-hurtful crack. Are in agreement that payment is half up-front, half on completion (or all at the end, if you prefer - I know some of you do). Prefer you to have PayPal or you'll have to trust me to send a check. I am trustworthy - and witty and I know everything. Know CSS, and, how CSS works in OSC. You'll pay special attention to things like unfiromity and cohesiveness in the design. No shortcuts - doing things right the first time makes you happy beyond all measure. Ask before you do it - making sure it's right the first time. So as not to cause unnecessary rework. Are able to help setup the store config (Shared SSL, Shipping, Tax, etc) install mods (Quickbooks, coupons/discounts, etc.) and possibly help make fixes to the OSC theme I'm already working on coding. I'm asking for help... If I were to advertise I may have put up my portfolio URL, or my stand-up comedy URL or some other such. Not only did I NOT do that, I didn't even post a URL or anything ANYWHERE - not even on my profile. I'm looking for HELP - which would have been clear to you should you have read the post before you shot off your reply. Have a nice day :)
