Image Rollover Javascript Code

I have a great image rollover javascript code that I used on my "old" site - is it possible to bring it into OSC? I've tried copying the code to index.php and to the stylesheet, and neither is working... here's the test page I'm trying it on: http://familymemoriesandmore.com/cart/prod...;products_id=28, and here's the page it works properly on: http://www.familymemoriesandmore.com/holidaygreetings.htm.
