I am still a bit in the dark with regards to using oscommerce for private use. If i were to use Oscommerce for a client and charge them for developing it to meet their requirements, would i be breaking any legal obligations. For instance i would obviously leave the existing code as what it is but i would then change the layouts and general design and possible further development of functionality? Assistance is greatly required here.....
