Long text

Hello everybody,

 

I write my text in the variable TEXT_MAIN inside the define instruction in index.php (it's only an example) but my text is very long and is very uncomfortable to work in a single line.

How can I split (I don't know if this verb is appropiate, excuse me for my bad english) the define instruction in several lines?
