Changing column width

Somehow my boxes are not showing up the way I want them to. I've added infobox header images and I want it to look seamless with my infoboxes. I've tried changing changing the box width in application_top.php to match my header image width (140), but it is still showing up wider.

 

What am I missing? Is there any other way to accomplish what I want?
