I know that a lot of people use Easy Populate: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...h,easy+populate to do their uploading/downloading of products via excel, but I think only a couple versions are good. I think like 2.73, or 2.79. Search around. But I hear it's an effective contribution. Otherwise, just follow the readme instructions, or install instructions more carefully. I'd probably do it for you if you messaged me, but this mode of communication is too cumbersome.
