Move site to new server/path

Posted this in the General Support forum but no answer...

 

 

I have my site installed in a path called:

 

www.domain.com/shop2

 

now i want to move it to:

 

www.domain.com/shop

 

Where should i change this? I've changed all the paths in catalog/configure.php but whenever i visit the new path it seems that no style sheet is applied and when i check catalog/configure.php the settings has been switched back to shop2

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Set the permissions on your configure files to 777 make the changes and uplaod...Then set the permissions back to 644 -
