hey guys need help, im no noob to oscommerce ive installed and used and customised a dosen times, but this one time i have a problem, im showing my boss what i can do and i now have an error, its to do with config or permissions it says????

 

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

 

* cd /home/sites/site83/web/diva/includes/

* touch configure.php

* chmod 706 configure.php

 

* cd /home/sites/site83/web/diva/admin/includes/

* touch configure.php

* chmod 706 configure.php

 

i have set the permission to 777 and 706 neither worked, tried new configuration files and still no lcuk, please can someone offer me the config files for strate uplaod, or a way aroudn the prblem, tahnks guys

Rather than bumping with demands of "HLEP ME", perhaps you could update your thread with new information or findings of analysis you are doing yourself. ;)

 

I don't know why or from where you are getting the error messages you are getting, but according to the osCommerce documentation, the two configure.php files should be set to either 644 or 444.
