I'm just a amateur in osCommerce :) So please, give me some instructions how to implement an ability to add customers and orders manually within Admin Panel...cuz I didn't find that functionality there...Maybe there's some module which I need to add to the main code? Thanks in advance...

I doubt there'd be anyone who'd develop such an almost useless/duplicate contribution. If there's ever such a need, you could just add the customer at the shop front via the creat account page if you alrready got their details and they agree. As for the orders, you may need a super-password contribution. You could then log in on behalf of the customer and add the order.

Adding new customers is easy as GemRock mentioned, just go through the create account process on the catalog side.

For manual creation of orders search the contributions for "manual order entry" and you will find many.

Do, or do not. There is no try.
