dtb716 Posted October 23, 2006 Posted October 23, 2006 Hello, I have been trying to get this cart up and working for sometime now. I don't know why I'm not getting it. Does anyone know of a step-by-step manual that could help me. I have the software installed in my directory, but I am having trouble modifying the text, such as in the contact_us.php and the shipping.php. If anyone could help me get this going I would greatly appreciate it.

Lunargent Posted October 23, 2006 Posted October 23, 2006 Most of the text can be edited in the language files (Admin-Tools-Define Languages). You will want to access "contact_us.php" and "shipping.php" The layout has to be edited manually on each php file if you use the straight-out-of-the-box current stable release. Make sure these file have the correct permissions (they must be writable) to be able to modify them through the admin section. You can change the permissions through FTP or an online file manager.
