Single button to add multiple products?

Hi there, first post, so apologies if I've put it in the wrong place. I have searched but couldn't find the answer.

 

Basically what I need to know is if there is a way to layout products as a "shopping list" where the client would enter the number of units of each item in a text box at the side of the description then scroll to the bottom of the page to click a button and add everything to the cart, the other problem is that I only need this facility on certain sections/categories.
