Followed all the instructions I could find and it's mostly working. The only thing not working is there's no actual download link showing up. Just says: Download your products here:(no actually url link) I changed the order status to 'delivered' and still no download link shows up. Can't find any info on why this may be happening. If I can figure this one out, I'm good to go! Any help would be very much appreciated.
element3 Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 Also, I'm getting a red bar warning when I added the product: WARNING: NO PRODUCT UPLOADED! I uploaded the file via ftp into the downloads folder before I entered the product. I don't see anywhere in the admin to upload the product so I'm not sure why this is happening either.
Time Punk Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Did you set up the file name in "Product attributes" ? Sorry, can't help too much because I have the same problem at the moment too. I think its got something to do with the folder rights on the server or the URL to the download folder. Hope someone can shed some light on this - I'm baffled :blink:

The link was not there because I did not have the download filename exactly the same as the filename in the attribute section. BTW you only enter the filename in the attribute section, not the path for the file.
JahShuWah Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 I had the same problem and I think the issue was the fact that the product was not in a category.......it was a top-level product that I had not yet categorized. After I categorized it all was working. (if i remember correctly)
