I'm not sure if this is really what you are looking for but i'll write it anyway: Maybe you have to change the number of decimal-places. You can do this by going to admin->localization->currencies pick your currency, push edit on the right and change the decimal to whatever suits you. Hope this was what you were looking for... :thumbsup:
