Orders not appear in the admin area after customers order.

Customers pay with their Visa or Mastercard but I don't receive the item's list. I receive only the transaction from the bank. Before it was ok, I receiced the item's list in the admin area and also the sms about the transaction. Someone knows the problem?Please help me soon.

I had the same problem and what I found was in my admin area when I changed my paypal account info for example the order staus reset to default rather than pending or some type of defined order status. You must be sure and set up your order status definitions first then set your payment methods to include one of those status. I have defined mine as pending - processing - delivered. So whewn someone places an order it begins with pending and then I can process it from there. Please note this needs to be done for any payment type you activate.

Only this parameter is installed,not others.

When customers place one order, the order status is on pending, then I 'll change to processing and delivered. Before all worked, then it began this problem......

Do you means that you can not receive the order notification mail from your site? I also.. do you have any solutions by now?

did anybody find a solution? i'm having the same problem - an item was bought from the site and a paypal confirmation of the transaction was received - but the item hasn' showed up in the admin/orders area!

I got the solutions. I'm using 2CheckOut payment gateway. And i hope my answer would helps you.

You just need to do a changes in 2CheckOut account.

 

Login to your account (2CheckOut). Change the 'Approval URL' from

http://www.website.com/checkout_success.php

to

http://www.website.com/checkout_process.php

 

Be Clear. I'm not using PayPal, and i hopes my case is same as your case. Reply me if you resolve this issues.
