tdub Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Sub-Total: $40.00 United Parcel Service (XML) (1 pkg x 44 lbs total) (UPS Ground, EDD: October 24, 2006): $16.42 : $3.20 Total: $59.62 this is the confirmation page on check out. what is the $3.20 for? it doens't have any label and i have no idea why it is being calculated. if some one could please help me out on figuring what is causing it I would greatly appreciate it.

Make sure that you always BACKUP the database and the files you are going to change so that you can rollback to a working version if things go wrong.
♥Vger Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 Those figures make no sense at all - with or without tax. Check in osCommerce admin --> Configuration --> Shipping and Packaging, and see what you have entered for Package Tare Weight. Vger
tdub Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 it is the tax i guess now that i look at it more but no matter what I do I can't get the Tax to show up next to the number. Ive tried changing the checkout_confirmation at various locations but I cant get it to show the word Tax. Any ideas
