GoDaddy Cross-Site Confusion?

I have an osCommerce installation set up for a client at TessTools.com that is very much still under development, but has been fairly solid under GoDaddy ("Economy Hosting w/ PHP") for a number of months.

However, several days after having had the site moved to facilitate the usage of SSL along with our new certificate, an unusual problem appeared.

The links inside the 'categories' column would appear normally at first. Then I would select a sub-category. Then I'd return to the front page, and instead of the category list I noticed two broken images linking to cctvdepot.com -- a website that I have absolutely no connection to.

Any further page loads would result in the same problem.

I found that if I disabled or deleted cookies, the 'categories' links would return.

I also discovered that cctvdepot.com is also hosted by GoDaddy, though on a different ip.

So, on a hunch, I went to cctvdepot.com and sure enough their 'categories' list consists of the two broken images I'd mentioned, an on top of that, their 'manufacturing' list actually comes from TessTools.com. So that guy is having the same problem I am, but he doesn't know it yet. ;)

I tried several things, including disabling the Zend Optimizer stuff, but have not found a solution.

They're trying to say that it's a problem 'on my end' and suggest reinstalling the software. That's complete bullshit, because it worked absolutely fine until a couple days after they moved me to a new server that supported SSL. I even verified that my local filesystem paths were still correct and everything before registering a complaint.

Quite irritated, here. :|

Your broken images are not broken at all but not in the right location.

This is the location that oscommerce is trying to look for you images.

http://cctvdepot.com/~myaccount/images/navigation/nav21.gif

http://tesstools.com/~myaccount/images/navigation/nav21.gif

You have moved you site but location of images have changed.

Please specify the right location for you images and that problem is fixed.

You have a template so who knows where you are to do this.

is this oscommerce or zen cart?

Both sites are using the same cache file because you are on the same server. Rename your cache file and tmp directory also.

That did it! I moved my temp directory and everything worked normally again. Much thanks.
