Help with setting up seminar registration

I am able to set up a seminar with no shipping fees. What I need is when they are registering online for a particular seminar I need a text box/es where they can enter in student names.

 

They way I currently have it set up is they purchase a ticket per student, so they can put in quantity amount of 3 for three students, then when they are completing the registration I would like them to enter in the student names. When I receive the order I know who will be attending the seminar, the person paying usually is not the person attending.

 

Any help would be great.
