My store keeps reverting back to previews category config.

Well, here is my store.. I'm just starting on it.

 

Here is the problem, when it list the categories when you first visit the site, it's correct,

 

Dodge,

Chrysler,

Jeep,

Car Audio/Video

 

But once you click around, the categories change. I'm seeing categories that have been deleted already. Like two separate folders for Audio and Video. And sub-categories that I have deleted will re-appear too. Does anybody know what could be causing this to happen? it's driving me fairly insane.
