tscott Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Hi, How do I offer free shipping for when someone only buys a Gift Certificate? My flat rate shipping is $4.50 but if that is all they order and it is electronic then it needs to be free shipping. Thanks Tracey
