Bad characters in email with french

Hi!

 

Maybe this kind of problem as been asnwered somewhere in the forum but I made many different search without finding answer directly concerning french language and emails.

 

I'm using only french-canadian language in my store but I'm having problem when osCommerce send email. I have set

setlocale(LC_TIME, 'fr-ca');

in my language/FRENCH.PHP and here's the result when customer receive emails:

 

Votre ami, Patrick, pense que vous pourriez être

The customer receive ê and é instead of ? and ?.
