Sent email is showing the wrong address, Help!

When I send out emails through oscommerce, the sent from address shows as [email protected] instead of [email protected]. I have it set in the admin area to read as [email protected]. I can't figure out how to fix this. I don't think it's on my servers side because when I send email through Outlook, the sent from address shows correctly. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!
