JennaG Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 My store is http://store.absolutewrite.com/ . Since yesterday, everyone has told me the same thing-- they can get all the way through the payment screen, right up to the confirmation. When they try to confirm the order, they get a "Page cannot be displayed" error. My hosting company says it's not a server problem. My payment processor says it's not their problem. They both point to osCommerce, though I have no idea why... far as I know, nothing has changed in the last 2 days. Anyone have suggestions?

Try replacing your confirmation.php file with a fresh one pending you havent made any modifications to it from contributions which you probably have if it is not working. Matt

JennaG Posted October 19, 2006 Author Posted October 19, 2006 Um... I don't know what that means. :'( I haven't modified anything... I'm a technoidiot. The guy who installed osCommerce for me years ago no longer works with us. I am willing to pay for someone to check into this, if it's not expensive. No one's been able to pay for anything in my store for two days now because of this error. That final payment screen isn't completing.

JennaG Posted October 20, 2006 Author Posted October 20, 2006 Thanks, Matt! This time it's a false alarm, though-- just found out that it was a firewall issue. Fixed!
